Welcome to Creopa. By accessing or using our website and services (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the platform. Continued use of Creopa indicates your acceptance of these terms.
To buy or sell on Creopa, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed through your account.
For enhanced protection, Creopa provides Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for both buyers and sellers. You can enable 2FA through your account settings using Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. This adds an additional security layer to prevent unauthorized access.
If you detect any unusual activity, please contact our support team immediately at contact@creopa.com.
To start selling on Creopa, users must complete a one-time Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process ensures secure payouts and maintains marketplace integrity. Creopa reserves the right to review or revoke seller access in cases of incomplete or invalid verification.
All items uploaded by sellers must meet Creopa’s quality and originality standards. Sellers must provide accurate titles, descriptions, and media files. Content that infringes intellectual property rights, misleads buyers, or violates applicable laws will be removed without prior notice.
By listing an item, the seller confirms they own or have rights to distribute the product.
Creopa operates on a transparent fee structure designed to support marketplace security and growth:
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Stripe or PayPal. Creopa does not store payment card details. All fees are automatically deducted at the time of transaction.
Sellers’ earnings are credited to their Creopa wallet after successful sales. Withdrawal requests can be made at any time and are processed following internal verification and compliance checks. In some cases, withdrawals may require manual approval for security reasons.
When a buyer purchases an item, they receive a license as defined by the seller (for example, regular or extended use). Sellers must clearly describe usage rights, and buyers are required to comply with those license terms. Creopa acts only as a facilitator between buyer and seller and is not responsible for individual licensing disputes.
All users are expected to use Creopa responsibly. Uploading or distributing illegal, harmful, or infringing content is strictly prohibited. This includes pirated code, malware, copyrighted material without authorization, or any content that violates privacy, data protection, or intellectual property laws.
Creopa reserves the right to remove content or restrict account access if such violations occur.
Sellers retain ownership of their original works. Creopa does not claim ownership of uploaded products, except limited rights to display and promote items within the marketplace. Buyers are granted usage rights as defined by the seller’s license terms.
If you believe your intellectual property has been used without authorization, please email contact@creopa.com with a detailed notice for review.
Creopa functions solely as a digital marketplace platform. While we maintain quality control and security, we are not responsible for the performance, legality, or suitability of items sold by third-party sellers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creopa and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid to Creopa during the six months prior to the claim.
Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices are explained in our Privacy Policy. By using Creopa, you acknowledge and agree to these practices.
Creopa may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse platform services. We aim to notify users prior to termination unless immediate action is required for legal or security reasons.
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Creopa constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Creopa is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
